What You’ll Do
- Lead design efforts across web and mobile SaaS products from concept to launch.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to turn fintech workflows into seamless user journeys.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that communicate design intent.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS platforms.
- Strong background in fintech — you understand the unique needs of financial products, compliance, and trust.
- Deep expertise in UX design, with a portfolio that shows how you solve complex user problems.
- Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools) for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- A systems thinker who can balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
