Serve as the primary relationship manager for banking executives, ensuring trust, transparency, and regulatory confidence.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Sales) to align partner needs with our product roadmap.
Stay ahead of regulatory and compliance trends to advise both internal stakeholders and partners.
Represent the company at industry events, panels, and bank advisory councils.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience selling to banks or serving in a leadership role within a bank (preferably focused on embedded payments or fintech partnerships).
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and how it impacts fintech-bank relationships.
Deep network in the banking and payments ecosystem.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker who can balance long-term partner value with short-term execution.
Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
